Spherical tropical plants
We embarked on this type of agriculture, despite its uniqueness and specificity, with the aim of creating living conditions for diverse plants growing in a small and remote part of the world and with unique climatic conditions, and cultivating and sustaining them using advanced techniques, throughout the year. Its importance lies in:
1. Scientific research and development: - Conducting research and studies on special species from the tropics to the degree of compatibility with the environment, and their growth and reproduction methods, especially rare species, are of great importance to students, academics and those interested in science, and they are crops whose resources cannot be accessed in the home country or even In the countries of the region.
2. Entertainment, attracting tourism, and enlightening public opinion: Interest in building green spaces in homes is one of the most important ways to attract people’s participation and increase the culture of using green spaces.
3. Education:- For all students and experts in nature and plants, it is a suitable educational kit to learn about these types of plants and their growing conditions and to prepare themselves for a more specialized life or for advanced training use.
4. Economy and revenue increase:- Botanical gardens do not directly play an important role in this regard, but due to their influence on social awareness, investigation, study, recognition and introduction of ornamental foliage plants, fleshy plants, flowering plants and tropical fruits, they can attract countless tourists every year. As well as allocating part of this exhibition to display and sell some types of collections, all types of CDs and books, saving part of the project costs.
5. Producing and multiplying seedlings and ornamental plants
6. Production of trees and cuttings
The above points constituted an important incentive for us to invest an area of (1,000) square meters planted with different types of exotic and unique tropical and Asian plants and crops, the number of which reached (300) plants, and the spherical shape in the implementation was present in a remarkably and attractive way.
